Tracy Kramer brings over 30 years of legal experience to Fischer Redavid PLLC. As the firm’s Trial Support Associate Attorney, her research and writing allow us to bring the best legal arguments to judges and juries.
Tracy spent the first half of her career representing insurance companies in property insurance claims learning how the insurance industry works from the inside. More than a decade ago, she shifted her focus to helping policyholders bring claims against insurance companies. She handled complex homeowner claims, personal injury claims, commercial building claims, condominium association claims, and single-family home claims.
Tracy’s experience on both sides of civil litigation strategically informs her current work at Fischer Redavid. Her experience gives her the ability to identify legal issues that will require attention at both the trial and appellate court levels. She is admitted to the bar in Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, California, and Colorado.
Tracy is a loving mother to her ten-year-old daughter, plays the piano, and leads a healthy lifestyle.
